Can I prepay my prescription online?
We only accept payment at the time of pickup. We do not currently accept online payments.
How can I transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy?
Either stop by and talk to one of our staff or call us at 336-719-6010 to transfer your prescriptions. All we need is the name and phone number of your current pharmacy and the name of the medication(s) you wish to transfer.
What if I forgot to pick up my prescription at the indicated time?
We will hold your prescription for ten days from the day the fill was requested. After ten days, we will be happy to refill the prescription for you, upon request.
If I have no refills remaining, can I still request a refill online?
Yes, we will gladly contact your prescriber to request a refill on your behalf. You will be asked to enter your phone number so we may contact you if necessary. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your prescriber to respond.
Can I use my prescription card at your pharmacy?
Yes, we accept most major insurance companies. Please bring your insurance card with you when you come to pick up your prescription and let us know of any changes to your coverage.
Can I pick up my mother's prescription? What information do I need?
You must show the proper identification and you must be an authorized caregiver for the patient whose prescription you are picking up.
Can you help me with Medicare Part D questions?
Yes, we have trained Medicare Part D professionals on staff.
How can I get my prescription(s) after hours?
Yes, we accept most major insurance companies. Please bring your insurance card with you when you come to pick up your prescription and let us know of any changes to your coverage.
Can you delivery my prescriptions?
Yes, we will call you to schedule a delivery once we receive your request and your contact phone number.
